Mamma needed sunshine

Today is what we call "Low and Slow".
Sloth style. What do we NEED to do today? Recover from yesterday and last night.
What do we NEED today? Probably 3 meals, but it's debatable.
Mama needed beauty, slow things. Like flowers in the sun.
Hummingbirds, as fast as they might be, slowly doing their rounds.
Bees. My children surrounded by beauty. Mamma needed a moment to gather. So, that's what I did.

So we went to the park. And found just that. 6 acres of beautiful flowers, birds, butterflies and trees.

Low and Slow.
