Cooking with my Little one

We made teriyaki pineapple lettuce tacos. She made "sweet sweet" tacos for her and the rest of the kids. I made extra spicy "No good" tacos for hubby and I.

Sweet Sweet Lettuce taco were simple:
Teriyaki chicken (we had already made chicken. Fina used a cheese knife to chop it up. ) 1 can of pineapple with juice. 1 TBSP soy sauce. We added 2 C potatoes. For no reason other than they needed to be eaten. LOL

The "No good" tacos were the same recipe but I added 1 C jalapeños and 1 whole red onion.

Fina was also in charge of washing and drying the lettuce. She stirred her batch until ready and assembled.

She's so fun to cook with.
