12 hour smoked turkey

But it requires very scheduled timing, and you have to be available to care for it.

But we ate it all week until there was only a little left. Now I stripped the turkey and now I'm making Smokey Turkey Broth for soup. AND since tomorrow it's going to rain, that's perfect.
