The best DIY Portable chicken coop
This super duper amazing chicken coop was made....with love. Awwwwww.
Moving on.
So much thought was put into this. This bad boy was made with an axle, and wheels so we can move it around.
It has a large ladder so other chickens don't push each other off. It accommodates all weather and has ample wind flow, as well as protection.
We decided to do plastic nesting bins, so we can clean them thoroughly.
He added 2 large perching areas.
It's dog proof, yet, dog protected.
It has a fold down section, behind the plastic bins, to get the eggs.
It's wrapped in chicken wire, and other areas, horse fencing.
It's got side paneling, and rock fencing.
Yet, it was designed to be light enough to tow with our ride on lawn mower, or pulled with rope and our herd of kids.
It can accommodate 12 chickens easily. And, it will. :)
