Mystery salsa

I bought a six pack of verity peppers last spring. And planted them all nice and neat, with the tags. But then, I had to replant them, and replant them again. And I lost the tags in the process.
Well, now I have peppers growing and I wanted to make some salsa. So I picked 3 different peppers (one I could identify as jalapeño) and made up a small batch of fire roasted salsa.

I really like fire roasting the tomatoes first, you can really taste the roasted skin in the salsa. The cilantro is fresh, the red onion and garlic were also fire roasted.

Mmmm.... Fresh salsa and a cold beer on a hot day. Life is good.
